Luis Garza was born and raised in the vibrant city of Brownsville, Texas. His upbringing in this border town inspired a deep passion for justice and zealous representation. Subsequently, Luis made his way to Houston, Texas, where he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Houston Law Center. His legal education was further enriched by becoming a graduate of the esteemed Trial Lawyers College.
